Kastellan Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kastellan is operated by Wolfpack Real Estate LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 8 The Green, STE 4000, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States ("Kastellan", "we", "us"). Contact: support@kastellan.co.

2. The service

Kastellan designs, writes, hosts, and maintains websites for fence contractors and other local businesses on a monthly subscription. The service includes the features listed on our website at the time you sign up. We may improve or change features over time.

3. Free trial and billing

New customers get a 33-day free trial.

Payment is processed by Stripe. When the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at signup, and you are charged monthly until you cancel.

Pilot customers keep the pilot price of $99/month for as long as their subscription stays active. If we change the price for other customers, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@kastellan.co or through our billing portal at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/fZu8wQb0B0kE8qa23p38400. Log in with the email address you used at signup.

If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

If you cancel after the trial, your service continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

5. Your content

You provide your logo, photos, service details, reviews, and service area. You confirm that you own this material or have permission to use it.

You confirm that any reviews you send us are from real customers. We do not publish fake or invented reviews.

You give us permission to use your content to build, host, and display your website. You also allow us to show your live site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

6. Ownership of the website

You own your content, your business name, and your domain name if it is registered in your name.

Kastellan owns the site design, code, templates, and any copy we write, and licenses them to you while your subscription is active.

If you cancel, your site goes offline at the end of your billing period. On request within 30 days, we will send you your content and help you point your domain to a new provider.

7. Revisions and support

One round of changes is included in your first month. After that, we handle reasonable updates by email. Larger changes may be quoted separately.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use your site for anything illegal, misleading, or infringing, or to collect data unlawfully. We may suspend a site that breaks this rule.

9. No guarantee of results

We build sites designed to attract higher-value jobs, but we do not guarantee any number of leads, calls, rankings, or revenue.

10. Availability

We aim to keep sites online at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting providers and third-party tools can have outages that are outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages.

12. Termination by us

We may end your subscription with 30 days' notice, or right away if you break these terms or do not pay. If we end it without cause, we will refund any prepaid amount for unused time.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you about any significant change at least 14 days before it takes effect.
