• Account and billing data: your name, business name, email, phone, and billing details. Card details are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
• Project data: your logo, photos, reviews, services, and service area.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or through forms.
• Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

3. Why we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

• To build, host, and maintain your website
• To bill you and keep accounting records
• To answer your messages and send service updates
• To keep our service secure and working

4. Leads collected on your website

The estimate forms on customer websites collect homeowner details such as name, phone, address, and project type. We store and process that data only on the contractor's behalf, to deliver the lead to them. The contractor decides how the lead is used.

5. Who we share it with

We only share data with the providers that run our service:

• Stripe (payments)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Supabase (database and storage)

6. How long we keep it

• Account and project data: while you are a customer, plus 12 months
• Billing records: as long as US tax law requires (generally up to 7 years)
• Messages: up to 24 months

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Email support@kastellan.co and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
